Her work is exhibited in museums and galleries across Great Britain, and she has a large international fan base among the Steampunk and altered art communities. 'Emilly Ladybird' is Jema's Steampunk alter ego, who leads a terribly exciting life, hunting down treasures for auctioneers Dickens and Rivett while attending parties with leading figures from Victorian history and fiction.
